You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags
It must be in its original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at:

Your Order ID
Reason for return
Photos if applicable (in case of damage, defect, or wrong item)
Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and shipping label.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on the following:
Sale or clearance items
Customized or personalized orders
Perishable items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

Place a new order for your preferred item once the return is approved
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
