Orders can be placed through our website isanaofficials.com using secure payment gateways (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, etc.).
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with details.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to suspicious activity, payment issues, or unavailability of product).
We currently ship across India via reputed courier partners.
Orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 business days of confirmation. Custom orders may take longer.
Delivery timelines vary by location but usually range from 10–15 working days.
ISANA®️ is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, logistics issues, or strikes.
Since our products are handmade and made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Approved exchanges will be processed only after verification and must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Order cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email or WhatsApp us immediately with your order ID.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
